The latest Service Pack for Windows XP—Service Pack 2 (SP2)—is all about security, and it’s one of the most important service packs ever released. It provides better protection against viruses, hackers, and worms, and includes Windows Firewall, Pop-up Blocker for Internet Explorer, and the new Windows Security Center.

Below, we have created some instructions for Credit Union of Georgia eStatement users to adjust their Internet Explorer browser settings after the upgrade is completed.

after Installing Windows XP Service Pack 2

· Open Internet Explorer

· On the menu bar select "Tools"

· From the drop down menu select "Pop-up Blocker"

· When the next menu is displayed select "Pop-up Blocker Settings..."

· The "Pop-up Blocker Settings" dialog box will be displayed

· In the "Address of Web Site to allow" box type in eBranch then click the add button

· After this is completed click click the "Close" button

This completes the process. Now you should be able to retrieve you MACO eStatements.
