Receive statements electronically every month. Members can view their statements online at their convenience. Online images of posted checks are linked to the monthly statement and can be accessed simply by clicking on the check number. eStatements begin accumulating up to 18 months of statements once a member signs-up for eStatements. Sign up today through eBranch!
How to Sign –up for eStatements
Once you sign into eBranch, there is a column on the left with many options. Click on the option that reads “eStatement.” This will give you a drop down menu with two choices: eStatement Preferences or eStatement.”
Choose “eStatement Preferences.” This will take you to a titled “eStatement Preferences.” Click on the drop down menu to choose “eStatement Enabled.” Then type in the email address where you would like for your eStatement notification to be sent each month. Click Continue and you will begin receiving a monthly email informing you that your eStatement is available.
How to access your eStatement
You will receive an email notification on the first business day of the month informing you that your eStatement is available for viewing. You will sign-in to eBranch as usual and click on the option in the left column that reads “eStatement.” Then click on the drop down menu that reads “eStatement.” This will take you to a screen where you can access your monthly statement.
