To help you detect possible identity theft, Credit Union of Georgia has added a new feature to eBranch. eBranch will now tell you the date and time your account was accessed as well as the last unsuccessful attempt. This information can help you monitor your online account for suspicious activity.

If you think someone is trying to access your online account illegally, you need to change your password immediately. Monitor your account regularly for any suspicious activity and change your password regularly. If you do suspect fraudulent activity on any of your accounts, contact the credit union immediately.
