The MSR is responsible for accepting and processing all applications and inquiries. The MSR performs a variety of support duties related to the member service and lending function of the credit union. The MSR also performs routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing with quality member service.
