Credit Union of Georgia Teaches Money Management at Arnold Mill Elementary School

(Woodstock, GA) – Credit Union of Georgia Business Development Representative, Kathy Bouyett, visited Woodstock’s Arnold Mill Elementary School on November 20th and spoke to the school’s 140 5th Graders on the importance of saving and the basics of Checking Accounts. Topics discussed included How to Write a Check and How to Balance Your Checkbook Register.

Credit Union of Georgia feels that it is important to instill good financial education skills in today’s youth at an early age and is proud to support Cherokee County’s schools by delivering financial education presentations that help prepare Cherokee’s children for future success.
